You can be approved for payment plans with values up to $12,000. When you apply with National Dental Plan, we will assess your application and then advise you of any limits to your plan on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, when you start your payment plan, the standard deposit amount is 20%. However, if you are a humm VIP customer, you may be approved for a lower deposit amount, all the way down to 0%!

Payments are made fortnightly and are set up to be debited directly from your nominated bank account or credit card.

If you do not have sufficient funds in your nominated account, the Direct Debit will be reattempted on the same day that the bank notifies us that it has been unsuccessful. If the payment is unsuccessful again, we will then attempt to contact you via phone, email, SMS and post to re-establish your payment plan.

Absolutely! And there aren’t any extra fees for doing so.

Our application process is simple, efficient, and only takes a few minutes to complete. Before you start, all you need is a bank account or credit card, and you must meet our basic criteria:
• 18+ yrs, Australian citizen/permanent resident with a driver’s licence
• Employed/self-employed 30+ hrs/wk or Aged/Veteran pensioner

From there you can apply directly through the humm mobile app, or through reception at your dental clinic.
