At Castle Hill Dental Care, your safety is our number one priority. For that reason, we are dedicated to following Covid-19 guidelines set out by the Australian Dental Association and NSW Health.
Please know that our staff have been advised to take appropriate time off if they develop any symptoms or have been in close contact with someone with Covid 19. Our infection control standards are first class so that you can be assured the dental treatment we provide is safe and of the highest quality. All the contact areas are regularly disinfected and plastic barriers are placed after every patients. We regularly check and update our infection control protocols and advise you & our staff from any changes.
When you contact us, please let us know if you have been overseas in the past 7 days, are experiencing any flu like symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive. If this is the case, we may have to defer your treatment until you are feeling better.
